Visualizing Theology Proper
Theology means the study of God. It is derived from the Greek word Theos which means God and Logos which means study or word. The Bible is full of visual images that teach us about who God is, what does he require from us, how we can be in relationship with him and what he calls us to do. This page focuses upon who God is, that is being and his attributes or characteristics, and what he does, his works. This is the primary content of theology proper. Find out more about who God is as revealed in the Scriptures. Make connections with nature. Nature is the Scripture’s primary tool for teaching us about God.

The Faithfulness of God
One of God’s fundamental attributes is his faithfulness. From Genesis to Revelation God is faithful first to himself and his will, then to his people and his promises to them. The mountains being part of God’s creation are incredible images of stability and immutability. They teach us about God’s reliability and trustworthiness. Check out our visual image below.
